Useless Nolonwabo from MTN

Her name is Nolonwabo from MTN. I wonder what her name means because she sure is a loser not a champion of MTN. On the 30 August 2023 @around 12:05 I called in to query the discrepancies in the amounts shown on my account. But, to my surprise this sore loser answered the phone and did not talk to me for about 5mins on end. She just answered the phone but was busy talking to someone on the other side. To add on; when I queried the discrepancies she shouted at me and when I hinted I did not like that and would report her. She rep**** by saying go on brother with no care in the world. Its useless people like her who do not deserve these jobs. She was utterly irresponsible and unprofessional with no morals whatsoever. MTN should find someone to do this job, not this piece of a nobody.
