USELESS NETWORK WITH *********** SUPPORT AGENTS

*********** is an understatement - the service I have received from MTN has been appalling to day the least (I service provider I have been with for over decade).

I have NOT been a able to charge for over 24 ,hours now. Every time I try recharge I get "the service is temporary unavailable, please try again in 15 minutes" I called the customer line and spoke to 3 x different (non service champions) who ALL asked could help. I have bought different vouchers from different retailers including an MTN outlet. Keep getting same error. MTN IS USELESS!!
