Useless network provider that doesnt care about their customer even their help line 135 is extremely useless and doesnt have to exist

Useless network provider that doesnt care about their customer even their help line 135 is extremely useless and doesnt have to exist. No customer agents that are will to assist but to refer us around their department as if im working for mtn. I dont have know their departmemnts names but i just need help as customer .
