Useless network provider & agents

I thought my previous network provider was useless until I joined MTN in January 🥺 first of all their customer service agents are disgustingly rude 😳 long story short, yesterday evening I bought 1GB Social data for Instagram however, I feel I wasted my money. I called 5 times since yesterday to advise that I cannot log on to Instagram. As usual I was told to reboot my device after they have “reactivated” the settings on their side. This morning one agent told me they’re transferring me to data whatever and the guy said he can only help me if I say all data services on my phone are not working. He then transferred me back to customer service yhooooo I can’t deal with this useless service shame I really wonder what we’re exactly paying for. And on top of that their data is expensive and quick to finish. You’ll never get any assistance from MTN they tell you “don’t hesitate to contact us if the data is still not working” no people this is beyond ridiculous MTN must just tell us if they can’t provide proper services
