Useless MTN Tygervalley

At MTN Tygervalley on 3 Jan 2020. There is one business consultant and 3 staff at the counters. One staff member leaning against a wall on her phone. 10 customers waiting in a manual cue - the automated cue system is not working. Apparently the other staff only arrive at 11am. This is 3 JANUARY ALREADY. LONG PAST NEW YEARS - BE READY TO DO BUSINESS USELESS MTN!!!!!!
