Useless MTN. South Africas most useless company

Guys I have emailed the ceo of mtn to get assistance with my refund no reply. I have requested for chantel Naidoo who is the head of customer care to call me until today I have not been assisted. I even drove to the mtn at 14th Avenue where I was insulted and humiliated by a guy named mzwelile mapofu. How am I going to get assisted if they haven't even responded to my previous review on hello peter. This is sick service. I even feel victimized now. I dont know what to do anymore this is taking so much of my time and energy it is causing depression.
