Useless MTN service
I am trying to end my MTN data contract since Dec 2017! I have 3 reference nr. Contacted MTN via the shop in Centurion, wrote e-mails, and spoke to somebody at the call centre! Still no cancellation! Still deducting funds from my account and they credit me with data each month that I am not using since Dec 2017. Their service is useless!

26 Apr 2018, 10:09Good day i did not ask for a pre paid contract! I gave MTN 30 days notice in Dec 2017 and I requested you to end the contract! I stated this in an e mail to MTN! I do not want data! I want my money refund from 1 Jan 2018.
