Useless = MTN SA
So many Thumbs Down to MTN SA!!! I did an upgrade on Black Friday last November for one their special offers as I already qualified because I was on an existing Black Friday contract. It is now more than 4 months later and I still haven't been provisioned with the promotional monthly package I signed up for. I visit the local Knysna branch weekly to get an update but as friendly as they are and as helpful as they try to be, they are not getting it right due to the incompetence or the unwillingness of the 'higher powers' at the customer service center and head office to sort this out. I am spending more money, unnecessarily every month on additional data because they don't know how or just won't sort out their own F*!k Ups!!! This is my last resort to get some sort of reaction out of them. #mtnsa
