USELESS MTN & POOR Service

MTN is becoming more and more useless. None of their agents from Branch, Twitter and Call Centre are helping me. MTN service is just so USELESS. I reported my issue on the 12th September 2020 and it hasn't been resolves. I have 2 references, *** and REQ ***.

I signed up for a 50GB day and 30GB night data contract but USELESS MTN keeps on loading 40GB day and 40GB night.
