Useless MTN our security is not safe

I've experienced a bad service and sour attitude from MTN agents at Call Center. My SIM was hacked on the 21st December 2023, I managed to inform them on 135, and they confirmed that somebody made a SIM swap with my number, and it was successful. They said they can made SIM reversal I gave them my old Sim number, it was unsuccessful, and I was advised to get a new sim I went to PEP store I bought a new Sim and Rica it. I never loaded anything or used the Sim, I then call 135 for Sim swap, surprisingly I was informed that the sim that I bought belong to someone, I was advised to bought the other SIM, the following day morning I went to Alex Mall Shoprite and bought a new Sim and went to the same process of Sim swap the lady informed me that it was successful, I must wait for 2 hours to 24hrs, indeed 24hrs came I called the 135 to verify if it was successful, the respond was that it's waiting for Supervisor approval and it will take 48 hours now, the 48 hrs came, no Supervisor approval and I call them, I only received attitude and arrogance, I then told to go to nearest MTN shop for Sim swap. They exposed me on **** who managed to do Sim swap without my concerns and it's violation of POPI act how someone can access my information where are the security features? I'M LEFT FRUSTRATION AND ANGRY
