Useless MTN - No Upgrade delivery.

I did an upgrade telephonically with MTN as I haver done many times already. MTN uses DSV couriers. The Friday was not delivered on the 5th and when I phone MTN (after trying for 2 hours and speaking up to management level) they promised to get back to me. On Monday I got message that DSV will deliver on Thursday, on Thursday nothing happened. When I phone DSV they said they cannot deliver due to a one time pin problem with MTN. Trying to get answers MTN transfer me from 1 department to another one and no answers and nobody coming back to me. Worst Ever company, Will move all my lines away from them asap.
