Useless mtn new market

I have app**** for 3 contracts with mtn new market, I have received 2 contracts today but the 3 one I have not received and it's going for week 3 now and they keep giving an excuse to why I can not get the phone, its either no stock in store, no stock in any other store or no stock in there wearhouse
