Useless MTN NETWORK DEPARTMENT

For over 2 weeks i have been having internet access issues and MTN has failed to fix the issue on faulty tower.

MTN have failed to communicate or give us customers an alternative option for connectivity, how are we expected to continue paying for a service that is not provided.

Utterly poor appalling customer service.
