Useless mtn insurance breaks phone's not fix phone's

I am Sooo frustrated with MTN isurance!! My claim was submitted 8 October. When the phone was first returned it was not working anymore. Since it was collected a second time I've had to follow up call to get an update on when the phone will be returned. I was told to expect it today, only yo be told they still testing again. Worst of all was dealing with a rude Supervisor Nash Singh, who seems to think he is doing clients a favour. Mtn, I've never missed a premium, why must I suffer when it's time for you to repair my phone so I can go to Vodacom in peace
