Useless MTN insurance

On Friday 17th December 2021 out of the blue my cellphone software decided to crash okay no issues i have insurance from MTN then 21 December I submit my claim n all relevant document 22 Dec I get a call and I am being informed my claim is under review spend the entire festive with no phone waiting for them to come collect 3 Jan get a call n they send the same claim to review again while I'm still holding on to the same dead phone poor useless insurance starting to miss Miway
