USELESS MTN!!!!! I WILL POST THIS EVERYDAY UNTIL IT GETS SORTED OUT!!!!! ITS BEEN 3 MONTH'S!!!!!!

STILLLLLLLLLLLL NOTHING FROM MTN LAMBTON OF HEAD OFFICE AND KABELO BRETT MOSIMANYANE DOES NOT PHONE BAC**** On the 22nd of December I app**** and received my phone from MTN in Lambton Germiston On my contract it states that insurance is required. My phone got ****** out of our house on the 16th of February since then I had endless problems with MTN Lambton Store my husband and I went to the store on the 17th of February trying to block the phone that took a week, after that has been done we asked George Lourens from MTN Store in Lambton he must please find out about the insurance we asked for, the telephone conversations and emails between myself and George I thought that things would be resolved. First thing happened when I spoke to George is that he said I should phone the insurance myself, So I did there I spoke to Sifiso from the insurance company he said that there wasn’t any ‘Leads’ on my name account or ID number he also said it is safe to say the Lady at MTN store in Lambton did not do her work, After that I phone George again and told him what Sifiso said and he said he would take it up with the store manager and head office of MTN, and get back to me, After phoning and more emails to George his reply was that he did his part it is now my responsibility, and he said that I should take the legal route!! He also said in numerous phone calls that he or the lady does get enough salary to buy me the client a new phone. That was confirming that they messed up. Because the lead was not sent to the insurance company the Lady did not do her work. The last email was sent to George on the 23rd of February still today no reply. On the 28th of February I got hold of Sanele from Monitor kzn I forward all the emails to him between myself and George from MTN store in Lambton, this was his reply: I managed to run your query by my supervisor and they also feel that the consultant/s who assisted you when submitting a claim were supposed to ensure that you have proof of insurance before you left the store.
