Useless MTN from a Consultant to an Executive. Pathetic Pathetic Pathetic

It pains me to write another review within a week for an uncaring MTN SA. I am looking for a Settlement Letter as another Retailer will pay for me. Now I risk for my Electricity to be shut off tomorrow. Cause MTN SA failing for the past 2 Months to give me a mere Settlement Letter.

I have sent email and calls to Retentions, Credit, Legal. MTN says I must be in Arrears for 3 Months in order to get a Settlement. It is a sad reality to have a Company that is useless as MTN. I even tried to cc the MTN CEO and MTN Group CEO, all of them are useless. My question is who can assist me in my desperate predicament.
