Useless mtn Fixed LTE A

Wanted LTE A

Checked coverage map and there is coverage

Went to nearest MTN outlet and was helped without an issue

First they could not find my address to load the deal on the system

Few days later i went to the shop all of a sudden the address was loaded and the router order perfect

Todat the 12th october was called by the person at mtn saying that there is no coverage on LTE A although yesterday when i called they informed my everything was 100% and we are just waiting for the router then i can sign contract and be on my way

Absolutely useless and so unprofessional
