USELESS MTN

Not even a one star rating worth.

Pathetic service can't even describe them.

Long story short, I cancelled my contract in March, every email I get back is from a different person with a different story.

They keep on putting debit orders through with an increasing amount.

Some of the reasons from them:

*My cancellation was not approve *They will refund my last debit order should it go off. *Last debit order will be in April(another went off for the month of May. *My cancellation date will end my contract at the end of May.

All different stories with no solution.

If I phone my line gets dropped.

They phone me and when I answer the line is just quiet.

I am fed up with them.

Really don't know what to do anymore....

Please re-consider if you ever want to take out a contract with MTN.
