Useless MTN

Mtn doesn't deserve 1 star. Struggling with my upgrade. Receive a reference number on the 28th of October. Call MTN to follow up. They gave me another number I should call, that number gives me a number of their 3rd party handling upgrades. The 3rd party isn't even the one who assisted me.

Mtn doesn't care about customer services. They don't care about their customers as they pretend to do.
