Useless MTN

A ********** SIM card has been put onto my account.Since 29th of Dec this number has racked up almost 20,000.None of it is my phone.I get suspended weekly and ***** department are looking into it. Months later,hundreds of phone calls and NOTHING happens.Its a nightmare
