USELESS MTN

I bought a large data bundle on Made4U which I wanted to data share. It didn’t say anything about the bundle not being shareable. When I called MTN and FINALLY got to speak to a human I was told it was promotional data and couldn’t be shared. The person said only paid for data and not promotional data can be shared. On the app the data that I bought is listed as paid for data. I can’t get a refund, I can’t share the data and I am left with 100GB which I have to use in a month otherwise it expires. I feel that MTN misrepresents this whole data share “service”. We should be informed before we finalise a purchase so that we can make an informed decision and not be stuck with an unusable bundle.

MTN is possibly the most useless company. They do not know what customer service is. They do not offer any solutions and are not interested in the customer.
