Useless mtn

Wow I'm shocked with mtn service I took a contract on 23/07/2022 that was advertised in the booklet so upon getting home and opening i realized they gave me the wrong devise so i took it back to the stoor immediately. They couldn't give me the devise that was advertised because there was a mistake on the booklet so i had to cancel the contract which they said they will cancel it immediately. On the 28/07/2022 ive been notified that the contract has been canceled. I went to the same store on 27/03/2024 to apply for a contract again only to find out that mtn has handed me over ssda and they want me to pay R22000. That is ridiculous how on earth do you guys let it go that far by telling me the contract has been canceled and yet still hand me over and expect me to pay that amount for your mistakes!!! You took out a contract with MTN on 2022-07-23, from that date till now you guys are unable to close a contract on a device tthat was wrongly supp**** and returned the same day and im getting handed over to pay for that device This is absolutely ridiculous!!!!!!!

04/02/2025 AND NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE!!!
