USELESS, *********** MTN!!!!!!!

MTN is one of South Africa's MOST Useless companies. I have had my cellphone contract with them since 2001. But I think its to long now because they can not help me to get my number from the old system to the new system. But in the meantime they send me messages that it's time to upgrade, however with no success. I was at Mtn Wonderboom junction in October. Lorika then sent several emails to head office but with no response. Today I went there just to hear the same old story. Sorry your number is still stuck in the old system. 36 months ago they told me that they will put my number in the new system. And now I am unable to upgrade again due to Mtn's lack of compassion and utter imcompetence. @MTN how are you going to resolve this?
