Useless MTN

MTN enabling *****. On 15/09/22 someone took MTN contract using my personal details. It came to my attention when they tried to debit the money and I declined it. I immediately contacted MTN and sent all documents but until today I have not heard from them. 3 days back I discovered that they listed me as a defaulter on the credit bureau.
