USELESS MTN CUSTOMER SERVICES

Really ****ed off at this point. MTN 3rd party company, REWARDS CO/MONDO, keeps phoning for upgrades. after answering and telling them im not interested, and if i want to upgrade, ill go into a store to do so myself, this useless damn company authorized an upgrade on there own.

then going into MTN, THE GROVE, they are just as useless. they cant do anything on this as its not part of their authorizations. it was dont over the phone. then telling them that we did not authorize anything on the phone, they still cant do anything.

phoned the useless 3rd party company to try resolve the issue, they opened an investigation into the matter. a week later, we received a response stating, "the outcome of the dispute has been found to be invalid".

Since this, my contract which is with MTN, has been changed by MONDO/REWARDS CO, with no authorization from me and i cant sort it out with MTN because they only do "SALES" at the shops and cant do anything about it.
