Useless MTN customer services!

<p>On 15 April 2016 I upgraded on my MTN contract at MTN in Heidelberg mall. With this upgrading, I then was told that I qualified to receive 30GB of free data for a month. My contract bundle is: 100 minutes, 100 SMS's and 500MG of data every month. After a week I received my 100 minutes and 100 SMS's but not my 500MB data or the 30GB free data I am supposed to receive. They then sent a query/complaint through to the main offices of MTN with no reply which another query was sent to the main offices. After 3 weeks of constant communication with MTN in Heidelberg mall I have found out on 6 May that my complaint/query was not dealt with from MTN main offices and my complaint/query was totally removed from their system, which they sent in ANOTHER query. My first payment was already paid on 3 May but I still haven't received anything. I have waited for over 3 weeks in total now. How long do I still need to wait??!!! MTN is useless and simply does't care for their clients!!!!</p>
