Useless mtn customer care

I Tried to get an external ip adress for my camera's. (Access for MTNVPN on my sim, I understand) I have called to only be moved prom department to department. I have mailed, logged complaint on mtn.co.za. the most you ever get out of them is it will take 24hours. And then I could follow up. Still nothing. Most dont even know what im asking for. Just a couple of my last ref numbers they gave me. 1# ********** 0796 / # ********** 5 / # ********** 3 / # ********** 2. No one ever follows up. Useless.
