Useless MTN Customer Care

Mid 2022 I called and emailed to cancel a contract that had come to an end. In 2023 my account was handed over to a debt collector. After alot of back and forth the a lady from MTN Rapid Response Unit confirmed via email that my account was closed and i owed MTN nothing, date 19th April 2023.

Feb 2025, I am receiving smses that my account has been handed over, I emailed MTN legal without any replies. Today I called MTN and just got transferred from one department to another department before the dropped the call. So nothing has been resolved.
