Useless MTN Call Centre Staff

I wish to express my disgust with your inefficient call centre staff. I am an Mtn customer and have been called on one of your promotions which I accepted. I had to call 6 times to get assistance to no avail on a home device set up. I was cut off on calls, transferred to incorrect divisions, given incorrect numbers for technical service and even told to call the next day to get technical help, yet technical services are 24/7 for internet services. I will be writing a review on social media on Mtn poor call centre service. The staff you have are incapable of handling simple queries. Actually they are absolutely useless and the word useless is too good to describe them. Please get staff that know their work. Pathetic service. Mtn has deteriorated.
