Useless MTN call centre

My wife is trying to get details regarding a new contract she app**** for but she gets transferred by the call centre from one department to another and then she is cut off without being helped, this has been going on from 08h00 this morning and it is currently 14h06 making it 6 hours without getting any assistance.

The call centre of MTN is useless and not of any help.
