Useless MTN Call Center Services

MTN has appointed a useless consultant for their customer care services, the agents don't even know their products, they resolve any issue but keep on transferring customers from one agent to another. I have been calling since the 21st of December 2023 to settle my account and all I get is different amounts and being "pin-balled" on call. You go to the MTN shop they can't help, they only send you back to their useless call center. This is embarrassing for such a "big brand" SIES MAN!!
