Useless MTN again

MTN is a useless service provider with customer care agents that refused to help because of a problem created by MTN and their useless app. I was advised to make payment through the app because it is more effective and reflects faster my lines are suspended now and cant be reinstated as the money is not reflecting and a payment arrangement cant be made because previous arrangement was broken due to the money not reflecting I have to pay in order for my lines to be reinstated what BS is that
