Useless MTN

This is thee worst service provider ever,I had a contract with them and it ended 2019 only to find out the on credit bureau it shows active, I emailed their customer service no reply can't say I'm surprised, I went to the shop I was put on the line to a call center agent, who then told me that there is a legal status on the account and doesn't know why I am so over this organization
