Useless Mtn

I contacted mtn rentions 2 days ago but they could not assist me due to the sysytem being slow and they could not access my profile. I then tried to contact mtn retentions 6 times today but could not get through again. This is the reason why i want to cancel my contact because mtn is useless. I dont recommend mtn to anyone. Its a pitty that i cant score them 0 stars.
