Useless MTN

The service from MTN is just plain useless since MTN switched accounts 8 months ago my stop order for my contract has never gone off, I have to go in every month to fight with them, the answer always is, it’s fixed now sir, customer care couldn’t do it, customer complaints cant do it and, North Ridge mall MTN can’t do it they are all ***********
