Useless MTN

MTN is just one company that does not care about their customers but the monies only, I wouldn't recommend them to anyone n I just hope they all die of corona. I submitted a complaint on the 1st of July about about them over debitting me n I was told that query has been escalated till this today no1 has attended me.
