Useless MTN

I have been going back and forth to the MTN store to perform a sim swap on my contract data SIM and they have been telling me they can't because the SIM is suspended and we called MTN for help to remove the suspension they confirm it's removed now the SIM card is barred so we can't perform the sim swap. I've wasted enough time going back to the store to be told the same nonsense but when I call MTN they tell me it's ready for a sim swap. Now either you fix it by Monday latest or I'm cancelling the whole thing and you will not get any cent from me, you are not the only service provider in South Africa. I'm paying for this service yet I'm not using it, I'll report you to ICASA also. I'm really ****ed and no I don't need your stupid apology I just want this thing sorted out by Monday.
