Useless MTN

i have been paying insurance for 5 years on 3 iPhones, this is the second claim in 5 years, and I have been getting the run around from some company called - Admyntec Services, for 3 days they have not received the claim, while you get a reference on each email, MTN keep up the useless service, Great job
