Useless MTN

I tried to do an upgrade at your key west branch 2 weeks ago. After standing in the shop for 2 hours they couldn’t get the upgrade done as there was some issue with your system. We were advised to upgrade online. We did the upgrade online and received an sms stating that the upgrade is done and the handset will be delivered within 5 working days. We then received a message that you don’t have stock and the delivery will be delayed. Today when I phoned to find out was is happening I was told that the upgrade has been cancelled.

It seems you want to get rid of customers instead of gaining customers. I have six contract with MTN and will cancel every one of them as they expire. Myself and my business have been with MTN for 30 years and I am disgusted with how useless you have become.

Your shops, online store and call centre are inept and ***********.

I will also make sure that every person I speak to will hear about how useless you are.
