Useless MTN
I took out a contract two years ago at MTN for a tablet. <br> <br> Last week I went in to MTN store at \Mall @ REDS"";but I must just not use the data that has been loaded to my contract. So I called today but the lady can not give me a \""100%\"" answer to say that they will not deduct any amount at the end of January. Now she says that my termination date for the contract is 21/04/2016 but I mean this were a 24 month contract so how can they say that my termination date is later all of a sudden. I think that MTN is pathetic and they want to make your life hell when trying to close a contract that has reached his 24 months period. I will advise every body to not make use of MTN """

We are truly sorry for the inconvenience caused and for the delay with the matter being resolved.
We can confirm that we've now migrated the number over to prepaid and it will be fully active on the prepaid network within 2-24 hours.
We've perused the account and we see that a new invoice has not been generated for January 2016. However a debit order was submitted for the 2nd of January 2016 for your invoice dated the 13th of December 2015.
