USELESS MTN

This is my second expose in less than 3months. My first review was MTN the F*****R which was 'suppossedly' attended to by Roanne Juggannadh who clearly cant do her job too based on the number of back and forth emails between us, ones that are now unanswered and since we cant speak to Complaint Analysts or the ***** department telephonically - They call you, you dont call them here goes.

An MTN ********** case was picked up by myself and i asked that my name be cleared, which it still hasnt and im still struggling with getting my house since i get declines from banks stating that i have MTN on my ITC. What ****es me off the most is that i mentioned this to the above mentioned lady and asked that she follows through with their legal department - it is not my job to make sure MTN employees do their job. its been more than 3months and my name has still not been cleared from my record. I have now taken it upon myself to take this matter to the ombudsman - i will name and shame ende. Also, i need some sort of proof again (their apology ********** letter did nothing for me) to give to the bond originators. This needs to be done urgently as i have every legal right to sue MTN for the mess they are doing.
