Useless MTN
I have been struggling with MTN for over a month now. 1. There online site doesn’t work cause nobody contacts me regarding a new contract. 2. Went to the mall of africa store and they had stock of phone I wanted had all documentation electronically, no they can’t help me. and I asked if they could deliver my phone as I am not from jHb no they don’t do that. 3. Phoned customer serice they cannot help as they don’t have stock?? how does it work that you individual stores have sto k but i can’t order it online??????

As stated in my original complaint I have already contact that number and they are unable to assist me after notifying them that i know of a store that has stock they said they cannot help me?
