Useless MTN
Call centre is useless. They cannot effect even a minor request and refuse if you require to speak to supervisor. Accountable staff hide behind call centre. Pathetic just like most big bully companies.

23 May 2018, 16:50I have 5 numbers on my account. On numerous occasions asked to have my number ***, which was ported from CellC, to be the primary number so that all notifications and communication could come to me, not my wife on ***. It still has not been done.
Secondly, I have provided MTN with a postal address due to inefficient residential potal delivery. It was like that for the last few years. Suddenly someone has decided to send my invoices & statements to my residential address. Why?!!
