Useless MTN
MTN got a new number for 808, 135. No problem but did anyone at MTN give the new menu a test by hard of hearing people. I suppose not otherwise it will not be in such a misery state, it is unclear and understandable. Since I am very hard of hearing I had to phone them about 6 times. To take out a contract takes you 5 minutes but if you need to cancel the contract, well I am busy with it for 5 weeks and still MTN can not give me an answer as mine expires 04/04/2018. Your service is extremely poor for hard of hearing people and the branches are even more useless as they use always the excuse "Its MTN's fault not theirs" . Hopefully someone will actually help me one day and not send me to someone else which just drops your line. And next month I got another contract that must be cancelled. :-(

Kindly be advised the contract for cell *** is cancelled and number converted to prepaid. Please be advised that if the cell number is not used for calls in +-60 days the number will be pulled back to the system and allocated to a different user.
Cell number *** only expires 2018-05-02, if you wish to cancel this contract and convert the number to prepaid after expire date you can email the customer care group for assistance: ***
