USELESS MTN

I am apauled by the type of service I received from Nomfundo Khonjwayo from the contract cancellation call centre. She purposely dropped the call on me when she could not give answers to my questions .I had cancelled my contract last year December and the call center agent that cancelled my contract confirmed that I do not owe any money as I have never missed any payment during the 6 years that I had my contracts with MTN.Furthermore I intend to take MTN to the ombudsman and take legal action for amounts wrongfully deducted from my account and not on the agreed dates .This has got a negative impact on my account conduct and I incur charges
