Useless MTN

Without data service for 10 days. Our business depends on internet access. Customer service is of no use. Coverage help desk just as ***********. They give reference numbers never to come back. If you phone coverage help desk the only answer is we are aware of a tower fault and will escalate the problem. Requested that a Senior official contact me, no response. They keep on asking addresses and reference numbers just to be transferred from one consultant to the next. they are a useless company only concerned about your payment being on time but their service is up to nothing. They are not prepared to forward any call to a competent person. No wonder they do not respond to Hello Peter. the most useless service provider in South Africa. this is to thank there customers for 20 years support.
