Useless ISP and employees

It's been more than a month without internet and it seems no one is trying to do their job, only today they tell me that the sim card is not working after their employees at wonderpark did not even bother to contact the technical team. I had to do it myself and now they want me to drive up and down fixing their incompetence...yet I did my part..which is to pay for services.
