Useless!! Is an understatement

If i could rate 0 i would!! They are utterly useless and i will make a point of getting this across to as many people as i can!! After 4 months of recurring emails i still have not received any feedback, i am not able to contact them via phonecall as i am abroad. I have sent over 10 emails asking when i am due for an upgrade and what my early cancellation fee will be and i just get ignored. I have sent them an email also stating that the number on the contract is a number i dont have, i dont have access to ITS NOT MY NUMBER so as soon as i try online to see when my upgrade is due it sends an OTP to a number that is not MINE!! How useless can one company be! Mtn i will make sure that more people here of this! That i can promise you
