Useless Insurance service from MTN

I have a contract with MTN, my device was ****** in a *******, i followed the necessary processes , police report and submitted a claim from MTN insurance division as company called Admyntec Services, i was advised my claim will be approved and process 7 days from receiving all documentation. Its been 4 weeks since my claim, and whenever i call these Admyntec services they keep advising me it will take 7 days. They are pretty useless in managing anything as far as im concerned, when you call there call center their agent pick the call and continue to talk to their colleagues while you wait, and then they place you on hold with ridiculous damn music in the background. This is an absolute joke, MTN catch a wakeup, get rid of this company, here is my reference if anyone is damn willing to assist. #***
